Sewer Service, Refuse Collection Service, and Stormwater Utility Application
Those residents or businesses moving to a new location who need to file an application for sewer service may do so by printing out and completing the Sewer Service, Refuse Collection Service, and Stormwater Utility Printable Application Form and either mailing or delivering to the Finance Department at 105 College Street, White House, TN 37188. Application fees, made payable to the City of White House, are as follows:
A non-refundable application fee in the amount of $55.00 shall be paid by the applicant for wastewater service at the time the application is filed with the City. Existing users will only be required to pay $30.00 if all current charges are paid in full.
Refundable deposits will be determined using risk analysis software through Online Utility Exchange. The deposits for residential customers will be either not required, $75.00, or $150.00 depending on risk analysis results. The deposit for commercial customers will be either not required, $150.00, or $250.00 depending on risk analysis results. If a customer chooses not to have a risk analysis they must pay the maximum deposit amount.
