Citizen Request Tracker


The Citizen Request Tracker is a tool that citizens may use to report concerns or problems to the City of White House. It may be used to submit general requests and problems, or to address specific concerns such as potholes on city streets, trash pickup issues, etc. You must sign in with a username and valid email address before using the Citizen Request Tracker tool. Once a request or problem is submitted, a request ID number is assigned for future reference and a confirmation email will be sent.
