2017 Citizen Survey 


The National Citizen Survey is a survey that is randomly distributed to 10% of our citizens every two-three years. The results from the survey are used to assist us in improving services we provide to our citizens. The survey packets are scheduled to go out in the mail on Friday, October 13, 2017. If you are one of the lucky households that receives the packet please complete the survey, and return using the provided envelope. In November 2014, the National Citizen Survey was distributed to 1,200 of our citizens. The feedback that we received from the community was outstanding. Almost all of the residents that completed the survey rated the quality of life in White House as excellent or good, which is similar to the national benchmark.
