Fire Department

The mission of the White House Fire Department is to serve the citizens and businesses of the City of White House by protecting life, property, and the environment from the hazards and dangers of fires, medical emergencies, and disasters through fire prevention, education, and timely incident response.

Founded in 1980, the department was started as a strictly volunteer organization, and has since grown to a combination department with 17 full-time firefighters and 20 volunteers.  The Fire Department is continuously improving to meet the ever-changing needs of the City of White House.  The City of White House is proud to have an ISO Rating of 5 and we hope that this site is informative for everyone who visits.

The non-profit Home Fire Sprinkler Coalition created a new brief presentation specifically to help you give your jurisdiction the facts. Please click here for the truth about home fire sprinkler systems from the City of White House Fire Department.
