Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, will meet on Thursday, March 21, 2019, for a Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting to discuss the following:

 

Ordinance 19-03: An ordinance amending the Sign section of the Zoning Ordinance to include revised wall signage requirements for commercial and industrial building side walls. Second Reading

 

The meeting will take place at 7:00pm at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street.

The City of White House Planning Commission on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 7 pm will hold a public hearing for the approval of the City’s updated Comprehensive Land Use Plan.

The meeting will be held at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center- 105 College Street- City Hall Board Room.

The City extends an invitation to the public to attend this meeting for any questions or comments on the proposed plan. Contact the Planning and Codes Department at 672-4350 ext.2120 for any questions about the plan.

Item#1            City of White House Comprehensive Land Use Plan/Planning/Codes

Department Staff: Requests approval of the 2019 Comprehensive Land Use

Plan.  (Deferred 2-25-2019)

 

Item#2           The Parks/Ragan-Smith Associates, Inc: Request final master plan amendment

regarding a reduction in the minimum living space square footage for the single

                        family residential lots in the development on Pinson Lane and Pleasant Grove

Road. Property is referenced as Robertson County Tax Map 95, Parcels 139.02,

                        140.00, and 140.01 and is zoned Neighborhood Center Residential Planned Unit

Development. Property Owner: Heritage Development, LLC (Deferred 3-11-2019)

 

Item#3            Zoning Ordinance Amendment/Planning/Codes Department Staff: Request recommendation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to amend the Zoning Ordinance Section 8.050 Impact Fees, E. Calculation of Impact Fees Based on Fee Schedule to increase the parks, police, and fire category impact fee calculation rates from fifty (50%) percent to one hundred (100%) percent.

Item#4            Sumner Crossings Phase 2/Goodall Homes- Request recommendation to the

Board of Mayor and Aldermen for public improvement acceptance with a one -year maintenance bond.  Roadways include Sheffiled Drive and Ashfield Ct.

 

Item#5            Summerlin Phase 1/Goodall Homs:  Request recommendation to the Board of

                        Mayor and Aldermen for partial acceptance of sidewalks, street lights, and

drainage improvements with a one-year maintenance bond and extension of

roadway and curb improvement bond.

 

Item#6             Greystone Phase 3/Dale Broadrick: Requests recommendation to the Board of

Mayor and Aldermen for public improvement acceptance with a one -year maintenance bond. Roadways include Sapphire Drive, Crystal Court, Topaz Court, and sections of Bedrock Drive and Fieldstone Drive.
