The City of White House Planning Commission will meet in a regular scheduled meeting on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Chambers Room of the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Building, at 105 College Street to discuss the following agenda items:

 

-      Briarwood Subdivision-Phase 2: Staff requests a one-year bond extension.

-      Greystone Subdivision-Phase 3: Staff requests a one-year bond extension.

-      Summerlin Subdivision-Phase 2/Dewey Engineering: Requests Final Plat Approval for 28 lots. Property is referenced as Sumner County Tax Map 96, Parcel 55.00. Property is zoned SRPUD, Suburban Residential Planned Unit Development and is located at McCurdy Road.  

-      Summerlin Subdivision-Phase 3/Dewey-Engineering: Requests Final Plat Approval for 34 lots. Property is referenced as Sumner County Tax Map 96, Parcel 55.00. Property is zoned SRPUD, Suburban Residential Planned Unit Development and is located at McCurdy Road.

-      Lorenda G. Stone.: Requests Recommendation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to rezone property from R-20, Low-Density Residential to R-10, High-Density Residential. Property is referenced as Sumner County Tax Map 77, Parcel 003.00 and is located at 3610 Highway 31W.

Board of Mayor and Aldermen

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, will meet in regular session on Thursday, March 16, 2017, for the purpose of hearing the following:

1.   Ordinance 17-02: An ordinance the Municipal Code Title 2, Chapter 2 Library Board, Section 2-210 Schedule of fines, services, and damages. Second Reading.

2.   Ordinance 17-03: An ordinance amending the zoning map for a 24.4 acre property relative to Sumner County Tax Map 77, Parcels 085.00 and 086.01 from C-1, Central Business District, to NCRPUD, Neighborhood Center Residential Planned Unit Development. Second Reading.

3.   Ordinance 17-04: An ordinance amending the Municipal Code Title 18, Chapter 3 Sewer Rates, Fees, and Charges. Second Reading.

The meeting will take place at 7:00 pm at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street. 

The following ordinance was passed at the February 16, 2017, Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting: 

1.       Ordinance 17-01: An ordinance amending the Zoning Map for a 0.69 acre property relative to Robertson County Tax Map 106, Parcel 086.00 from I-1, Light Industrial, to C-2, General Commercial.

The City of White House Board of Zoning and Appeals will meet Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Chambers Room of the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Building, at 105 College Street in White House, to hear the following request:

Item # 1         Michael Dewey/Dewey Engineering: Requests a special exception to allow a mini-storage warehouse use in a C-2, General Commercial zoning. Property is referenced as Robertson County Tax Map 106, Parcel 190.00.  Property is located at Sage Road.

 

Item # 2         Jason Murrell: Requests a special exception to permit an agricultural use of a residential zoned property. Property is referenced as Sumner County Tax Map 77J, Group C, Parcel 023.00. Property is zoned R-20, Low-Density Residential and is located at 205 Fischer Drive.
