Palmers Chapel Road. Property is referenced as Sumner County Tax Map 096C, A, Parcel 002.00 and is zoned R-20, Low Density Residential.

Item #2           Mike Van Liere: Requests a five (5’) feet side setback variance from the Zoning Ordinance Section 3.100 Accessory Use Regulations for an accessory building located at 106 Louise Drive. Property is referenced as Sumner County Tax Map 077N, B, 006.00 and is zoned R-20, Low Density Residential.

 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, will meet on Thursday, September 20, 2018, for a study session to discuss city recycling, Aldermen term limits and funding sources for street resurfacing. The meeting will take place at 5:00 pm at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street.

Board of Mayor and Aldermen

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, will meet in regular session on Thursday, September 20, 2018, for the purpose of hearing the following:  

a.      Ordinance 18-24: An ordinance to contract (de-annex) certain territory within the corporate boundaries of the City of White House, Tennessee, including a section of Boyles Road Right-of-Way. Second Reading

 

b.      Ordinance 18-25: An ordinance amending the zoning ordinance to increase the minimum lot size and reduce the maximum units per acre in the suburban residential planned unit development zoning districts and to remove conflicting sidewalk and street requirements with the city’s subdivision regulation. Second Reading

 

  

The meeting will take place at 7:00 pm at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street. 

 

The following ordinances were passed at the August 16, 2018, Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting: 

 

a.      Ordinance 18-22: An ordinance to amend the city adopted fire code to include fire hydrant system exemptions for single family dwelling buildings and accessory uses. Second Reading

 

b.      Ordinance 18-23: An ordinance of the city of White House, Tennessee establishing the tax rate for the tax year 2018. Second Reading

The following resolution was passed at the August 16, 2018, Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting:

 

a.      Resolution 18-12: A Resolution of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, approving certain amendments and revisions to the standard sewer specifications and details for sanitary sewer system policy.
