2017 Comprehensive Plan Review Kick Off Meetings 

Notice is hereby given that the City of White House will hold kick-off meetings regarding the upcoming 2017 Comprehensive Plan Review. The meetings will be educational meetings about the review process. The first meeting will be held Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. and the second meeting Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. The meetings will take place in the Board Chambers Room of the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Building, at 105 College Street.

The City of White House Planning Commission will move the regular scheduled meeting from Monday, May 8, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. to Monday, May 15, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Board Chambers Room of the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Building, at 105 College Street to discuss the following agenda items:

 

 

-      Cambria Subdivision-Phase 3B/Bruce Rainey & Associates: Requests Preliminary Plat Approval for 25 lots. Property is referenced as Sumner County Tax Map 96, Parcels 1.00 and 4.00. Property is zoned R-15, Medium  Density Residential and is located at McCurdy Road.

 

 Public Hearing:

-      The Parks Subdivision/4SiteInc.: Requests Recommendation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for a Preliminary Master Development Plan Approval for a proposed 936 unit development and rezoning to NCRPUD,  Neighborhood Center Residential Planned Unit Development. Property is located at Pleasant Grove Road.

 

-      Eric Allison/Richard Berry: Requests Recommendation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to rezone the property located at 115 Tyree Springs Road from R-10, High-Density Residential to R-TC, High-Density Town Center  Commercial District. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, will meet in regular session on Thursday, May 18, 2017, for the purpose of hearing the following:

1. Ordinance 17-09: An ordinance amending the Municipal Code Title 8, Chapter 2 BeerSecond Reading.

2. Ordinance 17-10: An ordinance amending the Municipal Code Title 2, Chapter 1 Leisure Services Board, section 2-105. Second Reading.

3.   Ordinance 17-11: An ordinance amending the Zoning Map for a 44.2 acre property relative to Robertson County Tax Map 96, Parcels 18.00, 19.00, & 20.00 from SPRUD (Suburban Residential Planned Unit Development) without valid PMDP (Preliminary Master Development Plan), to SRPUD with valid PMDP. Second Reading.

The meeting will take place at 7:00 pm at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street. 

The following ordinances were passed at the April 20, 2017, Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting: 

1.      Ordinance 17-05: An ordinance amending the Municipal Code Title 18, Chapter 2 Sewer Use Ordinance, section 18-201.

2.      Ordinance 17-06: An ordinance amending the Municipal Code Title 18, Chapter 5 Stormwater Utility Ordinance, section 18-512.

3.      Ordinance 17-07: An ordinance amending the Zoning Map for a 0.80 acre property relative to Robertson County Tax Map 107B, Group A, Parcels 9.00 & 32.00 from R-20, Low Density Residential, to R-10, High Density Residential.

4.      Ordinance 17-08: An ordinance amending the Zoning Map for a 18.7 acre property relative to Robertson County Tax Map 106, Parcel 190.00 from C-4, Office/Professional Service District, to C-2, General Commercial.

Beer Board Meeting
